Men's Health Reimagined
Bastion Health is an app-based telehealth platform for helping men with their reproductive and prostate health, offering quick and convenient access to urologists and men's health specialists.
Problem
They came to us initially to help improve the UX/UI to an existing native mobile app. Over the past two years, we've had the pleasure of providing ongoing design support for new features in the mobile app, internal web app, and even marketing initatives.
Our Approach
We conducted extensive UX research and user interviews to understand the unique barriers men face in accessing reproductive and prostate healthcare, then transformed these insights into an intuitive, stigma-free digital experience. Through iterative design sprints, rigorous user testing, and close collaboration with Bastion's medical team, we created a comprehensive design system that ensures consistency across all touchpoints while maintaining the privacy and trust essential to sensitive healthcare services.
